Horizontal machining center series
The horizontal machining center adopts mechatronics design, which is beautiful in shape and can carry out highspeed precision cutting.
The whole machine adopts inverted "T" type structure, the column moves back and forth, the table moves around the structure. The whole machine has high rigidity, high stability and high reliability.
The three-axis adopts the mode of direct motor drive, suitable for high-speed feed cutting.
Each shaft ball screw is pre-stretched and installed to further improve transmission rigidity and positioning accuracy.
The machine has automatic chip removal function and large flow chip flushing function. The protective shape is beautiful, the operation and maintenance are convenient.
